Data protection

SDT Electrical Services Ltd is the controller for account, billing and app logs. Your electrical firm is the controller for the customer and job data you type in. We process that job data to provide the product you subscribe to.

Contract — to run the workspace you asked for. Legal obligation — invoices and tax records. Legitimate interests — keeping the service secure and companies separated.

An admin can download a JSON copy of the company file from Settings, and can close the company by typing the company name. That removes staff logins and the workspace from this app. It does not recall certificates you already issued to clients.

Photos of boards and receipts are processed so the app can suggest chart lines and expense figures. Do not upload images of people unless you have a reason to. Check the result before you rely on it.
