Privacy notice

Company name, staff names, emails, hashed passwords, job and certificate details, customer addresses you enter, optional QuickBooks tokens you connect, photos you attach to jobs, and photos you upload for board or receipt reading.

To provide SDT Electrical Apps under contract with your firm, keep companies separate, take payment, and run photo reading. We do not sell your job data.

• Vercel — hosts the app
• Neon — stores company data
• Stripe — card payments and invoices
• Google Gemini — board and receipt photos only, when you use those cameras. Photos you attach to a test sheet stay in your company records.
• Intuit QuickBooks — only if your firm connects it

Some of those providers store data outside the UK. We use them only to run the service.

We use an essential sign-in cookie so you stay logged in on your phone. We do not use advertising cookies.

While your company account is open. If you close the account we delete the company workspace and staff logins. Stripe may keep invoices because the law requires it.

You can download your company data or close the account in Settings. You can also ask for access, correction or deletion. See the Data protection page.
